• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payments

All payments are processed through our secure payment platform. Guests agree to pay all charges at the prices listed plus any applicable taxes and fees. Hosts agree to the service fee structure outlined in our Host Agreement.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by listing and are displayed before booking. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each reservation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the property's cancellation policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability

Disfruta acts as a platform connecting guests and hosts. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any user. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disfruta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
